0165(2)(d) - Rolls of plastic bags were accessible in the diaper changing area. The plastic bags were removed and stored inaccessible. 0165(3)(g) - A tricycle had rusty handle bars and another tricycle had broken plastic back basket. Both tricycles were removed during the visit.
